1. Preliminary Observations Report

After an initial review of your application documentation and source code, we will prepare and deliver a preliminary report of findings and recommendations. We will give you a high-level review of your application architecture, packaging, and key interfaces, with initial observations regarding the implementation code.

2. Final Report and Recommendations

After the preliminary report is reviewed and agreed upon, we will then document and present detailed review findings. Upon request, we can make recommendations for enhancement or remediation to your current infrastructure. The final report will include a summary of success factors, risk elements and mitigation strategies to address the outlined risks.

3. Onsite Review of Findings

We can be onsite to assist you in presenting our findings to your key stakeholders. We can also help with detailed planning to address next steps and/or implement the recommended course of action.
