Pricing
For our enterprise business customers, we offer an
annual OSS service agreement with prepaid monthly
support coverage on an hourly basis. Prepaid baseline hours are
billed using our
lowest hourly rate, regardless of the class of
service actually required at incident reporting time.
The baseline hours are determined based
on the number of servers you have deployed.
This pricing structure provides substantial savings
(at least 15%) over our fully indexed rates. If
you encounter an unusual situation that requires
additional production support in
a given month, you only pay for the hours that
exceed
your monthly baseline. Under this plan you have
the flexibility to grow your
open source platform without the risk of unexpected
support costs.
